Based in Chellaston,
Derby, the company was started by Wayne, and wife,
Jan, in 1987. Quickly building up an outstanding reputation for being reliable;
clean and professional, most customers still
use us today. Most of our work is
obtained through word of mouth, not by large-spread or expensive advertising.
After two years we started taking on apprentices and taught them to operate
in our way. We take all our employees straight from school and start them
on an apprenticeship, which takes a minimum of five years.
We have no desire to get any bigger as a company because we are of the opinion
that you lose the quality and personal touch when the company becomes too
large. We know that our company is as good as the people we employ and so
we are very lucky to have three extremely good men working for us. Their
professionalism and workmanship shows through in diverse ways and we get
many letters every year praising their work and polite manner.
